Park Avenue Travel offers air or rail travel for individuals, groups and corporate travel planning. We will provide reservation and ticketing service for all air travel, both domestic and international. Unless required by the airline, paper tickets are no longer issued for travel. All tickets are electronic. Written confirmation is provided for all transactions via email. Our fee for individual service is $35.00 on domestic tickets and $50 on international tickets. Fees for groups of 10 or more will vary depending on the airline selected. These fees are non-refundable.
The agency will provide all hotel and car reservations requesting all applicable discounts. A car or hotel reservation not made in conjunction with air/rail travel is assessed a $10 fee.
We provide pre-assigned seats for all airlines that offer this service. Special requests for seating, meals, or other service issues will be submitted as requested.
The agency maintains an informational profile for all corporate travelers to expedite the reservation process. Our corporate references include the Naval War College, A.T. Cross Company, & IBM.
Park Avenue Travel will offer the lowest fare available at the time of booking. On September 1, 2002 the airlines determined that all discounted, non-refundable fares be used as purchased. In some instances the airlines will allow for changes to the ticket, however, their fee for changes varies based on fare rules and is quite significant. For this reason, we quote the discounted fare in conjunction with the refundable/changeable fare for those travelers who may need to make several changes or cancel their trip entirely.
